Journey 2 Healing Ministry was created to Empower & Encourage Christian Women on their Path to Healing from Sexual Abuse.
Together, we can find strength in solidarity, hope in community, and healing in God's Grace and Love. So, we are better equipped to lead/serve without just accepting and living with sexual trauma.
About Us
Welcome to Journey to Healing Ministry, a place where Christian women and other women find solace and renewal from the impact of sexual abuse. At Journey to Healing, we believe in the power of healing, transformation, and new beginnings using God’s Word, the Holy Bible.
Our focus is to provide a safe and compassionate space for women to continue their journey towards wholeness in God's grace from unresolved trauma from sexual abuse. Through group sessions, retreats, conferences, and resources, we assist women as they navigate the path to healing from the deep wounds of sexual abuse. Thereby allowing them to be better equipped to lead/serve without bleeding from sexual trauma, which opens the door to success and not just survival in all areas of life.

Our Mission:
Journey to Healing Ministry is a safe place for Christian women and other women to come together to discuss their sexual abuse so that they can be healed. We understand that healing is a process, so we use group sessions, journaling, workbooks, and retreats to aid the women on their journey. Our ministry helps women to uncover and understand their deep-rooted issues. When their deeper heart and trust issues are revealed, it then allows for the women to find healing and wholeness in God's Word.
Our Vision:
- To assist Christian women going from just believing in God to having faith in God.
- To assist Christian women through the process of understanding why they struggle with destructive relational and sexual patterns and how the gospel of Jesus Christ can bring change and a new way of living.
- To assist Christian women in offering a new vision or perspective of how the grace of God can heal the broken and remove the shame associated with sexual abuse.
- We aim to assist Christian women who have been victimized to find hope within the framework of their faith as we walk alongside them in their journey toward healing.

Authenticity: Fostering an atmosphere of authenticity and vulnerability where women feel safe to share their experiences, struggles, and doubts without fear of judgment or rejection.
Hope: Inspiring hope and offering encouragement to women who have been impacted by sexual abuse, emphasizing that healing and wholeness are attainable through faith, community, and God's grace.
Empathy: Cultivating an environment of empathy and understanding, acknowledging the unique challenges and complexities of each woman's healing journey, and offering support tailored to individual needs.
Continual Learning and Growth: Committing to ongoing learning, growth, and improvement as a ministry, seeking feedback, evaluating effectiveness, and adapting programs and services to better meet the evolving needs of participants.
Respect: Respecting each participant's dignity, autonomy, and boundaries and fostering an environment of mutual respect and appreciation among participants and staff.
Courage: Encouraging women to confront and overcome the effects of trauma with courage and resilience and providing them with the support and encouragement needed to face difficult emotions and memories.
Community: Cultivating a sense of belonging and community among participants, staff, volunteers, and supporters and fostering connections and relationships that provide strength, encouragement, and support.
Transparency: Maintaining transparency in organizational operations and decision-making processes and providing clear and accessible information to participants and stakeholders.
